What is the shade and body made of?

The Rina Firenze is a tiered glass tube chandelier with five layers of vertical prisms. You choose between clear, pink, or smoke gray glass tubes stacked to create depth and light diffusion. The frame and internal components are metal.

Can this be dimmed?

Yes. Triac dimming is available as a build option when you order. Just let us know during checkout or contact our support team at support@vakkerlight.com.

Can I change the cord or drop length?

Yes. The standard drop is 36.6 inches for 8- to 10-foot ceilings, but we cut cables to length as part of the made-to-order process. Tell us your ceiling height and we'll plan the exact drop that works for your space.

Will this work on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?

The standard canopy is built for flat ceilings. We can build a canopy for a sloped or vaulted ceiling—just provide the pitch before you order and we'll set it up during production.

Does this run on US household power?

Yes. The fixture is hardwired to your ceiling electrical box at 110–240V AC. An electrician will connect it during installation.

Is this approved for US use and do you ship here?

Yes to both. We ship free to all 50 states. The Rina Firenze is certified for North America.

Sizing Guide

Find the Perfect Fit for Your Space

Two simple rules, then a room-by-room reference — so your fixture hangs just right.

Choose the diameterOver a table: ½ – ⅔ of the table width. For a whole room: add the room's length + width (in feet) — that number in inches is your ideal diameter.

Set the hanging heightOver a surface: 30–36″ above it. In open/walk-through space: keep the bottom at least 7 ft off the floor. Add ~3″ of height for every extra foot of ceiling.

Dining Room

Diameter ½–⅔ of the table; hang the bottom 30–36″ above the tabletop.

Living Room

Center it in the room; keep the bottom at least 7 ft off the floor.

Foyer & Staircase

For 2-story spaces use a 13–16 ft fixture; bottom visible mid-window, 7 ft+ above the landing.

Bedroom

Center over the bed or room; keep 7 ft+ clearance. Bedside pendants hang ~30″ above the table.

Kitchen Island

Hang pendants 30–36″ above the counter, spaced 24–30″ apart and centered on the island.

Bathroom

Ceiling fixtures need 8 ft+ clearance (per code); vanity sconces sit at 60–65″ from the floor.

Are your fixtures safe for US homes?

Yes. Every fixture is wired for standard US 120V and built to recognized safety standards. As with any hardwired lighting, we recommend installation by a licensed electrician.

Are light bulbs included?

Yes — compatible LED bulbs are included unless the product page notes otherwise, so your fixture is ready to light the day it's installed.

Is it dimmable?

Yes. Our fixtures work with most standard LED-compatible dimmer switches, giving you full control over brightness and ambiance.

Will it fit my ceiling? Can I adjust the hanging height?

Yes. Each piece ships with adjustable chain or rods so you can set the exact drop your room needs, and it's compatible with sloped and vaulted ceilings. Need extra chain or a longer downrod for a high ceiling? Just ask — we'll include it free.

How long will delivery take?

Smaller fixtures typically arrive in 6–12 business days. Larger, oversized pieces are individually crated and shipped by freight, arriving in about 4–6 weeks. You'll receive tracking from our workshop to your door.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your fixture within 48 hours of delivery. If anything arrived damaged, send us a photo and we'll ship replacement parts or a new fixture free of charge — no need to return the broken piece for parts claims.

Can I customize the size or finish?

Yes. We offer custom sizes, finishes and made-to-order designs. Email support@valleylamps.com with your requirements and we'll prepare a quote.

Do you offer designer or trade pricing?
