Hand-blown glass — each tile is unique

Every bubbled glass tile is individually hand-blown and shaped. Bubble distribution, surface texture, and frosted depth vary slightly from piece to piece — this is part of the glasswork technique, not a defect. The variation reads as soft visual noise across the tiered surface.

Hardwired — licensed electrician required

Connects to a standard ceiling junction box via the metal pole. Standard rod is 19.7″ and can be extended on request to suit your ceiling height.

Bubbled glass is a hand-blowing technique where the glass is intentionally allowed to develop tiny suspended bubbles inside the body before being shaped. The bubbles diffuse light softly through the otherwise frosted surface and add visual depth to each tile. Bubble size, density, and distribution vary per piece — this is the texture, not a defect.

The frosted bubbled glass diffuses any bulb evenly, so frosted, clear, or filament-style all work — choose based on whether you want the brass framework reading more visible (clear) or fully softened (frosted). LED keeps heat low. Bulbs not included.

Is it dimmable?

Yes — when paired with dimmable LED bulbs and a compatible Triac or trailing-edge dimmer (sold separately). Dimming softens the white glass into a warmer glow and is recommended for dining and lounge installations.

Is the Francis certified for North America?

Yes. It holds certifications compatible with North America, Saudi Arabia, Europe, and Australia and operates on AC 110–240V worldwide.

Find the Perfect Fit for Your Space

Two simple rules, then a room-by-room reference — so your fixture hangs just right.

Choose the diameterOver a table: ½ – ⅔ of the table width. For a whole room: add the room's length + width (in feet) — that number in inches is your ideal diameter.

Set the hanging heightOver a surface: 30–36″ above it. In open/walk-through space: keep the bottom at least 7 ft off the floor. Add ~3″ of height for every extra foot of ceiling.

Dining Room

Diameter ½–⅔ of the table; hang the bottom 30–36″ above the tabletop.

Living Room

Center it in the room; keep the bottom at least 7 ft off the floor.

Foyer & Staircase

For 2-story spaces use a 13–16 ft fixture; bottom visible mid-window, 7 ft+ above the landing.

Bedroom

Center over the bed or room; keep 7 ft+ clearance. Bedside pendants hang ~30″ above the table.

Kitchen Island

Hang pendants 30–36″ above the counter, spaced 24–30″ apart and centered on the island.

Bathroom

How long will delivery take?

Smaller fixtures typically arrive in 6–12 business days. Larger, oversized pieces are individually crated and shipped by freight, arriving in about 4–6 weeks. You'll receive tracking from our workshop to your door.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your fixture within 48 hours of delivery. If anything arrived damaged, send us a photo and we'll ship replacement parts or a new fixture free of charge — no need to return the broken piece for parts claims.

Can I customize the size or finish?
