Each Ciottolo begins as a block of natural alabaster, hand-carved into a rounded pebble form and thinned until light passes through the stone itself. Artisans then set the shades on a polished stainless steel frame engineered to keep its shine for years. Because the veining is written by nature, your fixture is genuinely one of a kind.

- Alabaster is a delicate natural stone and may scratch if handled roughly. Dust regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For cleaning, gently wipe with a soft cloth or soft towel only. Do NOT use abrasive cleaners, rough fabrics, scouring pads, or sharp objects. Always turn off power before cleaning or maintenance.
Dust the alabaster shades with a soft, dry cloth only — avoid water and household chemicals, which can mark natural stone. Wipe the polished stainless steel with a dry microfiber cloth and skip abrasive cleaners to protect the finish.
Professional installation is recommended. All mounting hardware and instructions are included for a secure and easy setup.

If your new Valley lamps product doesn't fit, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of order delivery.
Note: If the return is not due to a manufacturer’s defect, the customer will be required to ship the product back to us at their own expense, and our shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund.

Our designers typically prepare drawings, specifications, and a quotation within 1–3 business days. Design revisions are complimentary. We will confirm the available options and production schedule before proceeding.
Diameter ½–⅔ of the table; hang the bottom 30–36″ above the tabletop.
Center it in the room; keep the bottom at least 7 ft off the floor.
For 2-story spaces use a 13–16 ft fixture; bottom visible mid-window, 7 ft+ above the landing.
Center over the bed or room; keep 7 ft+ clearance. Bedside pendants hang ~30″ above the table.
Hang pendants 30–36″ above the counter, spaced 24–30″ apart and centered on the island.
