A: You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email, provided it has not yet entered production. If the order has entered production, the costs already incurred will be deducted. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled — you may request a return after receiving the item instead. Q: How should I prepare when shopping for lighting?
A: Know your budget, gather inspirational images of rooms and fixtures you love, and collect fabric swatches or color chips for the area you are redecorating. Measure your ceiling height and table/island dimensions so you can choose the right fixture size.
Q: How do I know which power supply my fixture needs?
A: First determine where the fixture will be installed, then calculate the total wattage of all bulbs. U.S. standard voltage is 110–120V; European standard voltage is 220–240V. All fixtures we ship to the US are configured for 110–120V. We can also customize the configuration according to your needs — contact us before ordering.
Q: What is the best way to install my new lights?
A: Installation instructions are included with every product we sell. For safety, we recommend all hardwired fixtures be installed by a licensed electrician, especially large or heavy chandeliers.
Q: Does the price include installation service?
A: No. Our fixtures require assembly and should be installed by a licensed contractor or electrician. Installation service is not included.
Q: Are your products UL listed?
A: Yes, our products comply with UL standards.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Email us at support@valleylamps.com with your order number and photos or videos of the item. Our customer service team will confirm your return eligibility within 3 business days. Once the returned item is received, inspection takes 3–5 working days, after which we will issue your refund or replacement.
Q: Can you replace a broken or damaged part instead of a full return?
A: Yes. If any part is damaged in shipping or a defect is found during installation, we will replace that part free of charge. Email us at support@valleylamps.com with your order number and photos or videos of the damaged part.
Q: Can I return an item simply because I don't like it?
A: Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is not a custom order, is unused and uninstalled, and is returned in its original packaging with all crystals and glass parts securely wrapped.
