The Astraea Chandelier is a celestial constellation featuring twenty-seven hand-carved Spanish Alabaster spheres. Each globe is a singular geological artifact, showcasing a unique map of mineral veining and cloud-like translucency. This monumental cluster transforms raw stone into a soft, immersive radiance, ensuring that your fixture remains a one-of-a-kind natural sculpture.
Suspended from a streamlined canopy, the Astraea creates a warm, multi-directional glow that highlights the inner life of the mineral. Designed to anchor grand dining tables or expansive living areas, it balances significant structural presence with an ethereal, atmospheric warmth, serving as a soulful focal point for the sophisticated interior.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please review the following shipping information before ordering your lighting fixture.
1. Order Processing
Lighting orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days after order confirmation and payment.
Processing covers preparing your order and handing it over to the shipping carrier. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time = order processing time + transit time.
The transit estimates below begin after dispatch and do not include the preceding 3–7 business days of processing.
Shipping categoryEstimated transit time after dispatchLighting fixtures under 30 inches6–12 business daysLarge lighting fixtures over 30 inchesTypically 4–6 weeks by sea freightExpress / air shipping, where available5–10 days; please contact us before ordering to confirm availability
Luxury and oversized fixtures shipped by sea travel directly from our partnered manufacturing facilities in China.
For large fixtures, complex designs, or a fixture measuring exactly 30 inches, please contact us before ordering to confirm the applicable shipping method and estimated delivery schedule.
Have a project deadline? Email us with the product link, delivery location, and preferred arrival date so we can review the available shipping options before you place your order.
3. Free Shipping & Destination Exceptions
We offer free standard shipping with no minimum purchase on eligible orders within the contiguous United States.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other remote U.S. regions are not eligible for free shipping and may require additional freight charges and longer transit times.
Additional charges depend on shipment size, weight, carrier rates, and destination. Please contact us before ordering if your address is in one of these areas. Shipping availability, applicable charges, and estimated delivery times will be confirmed for your approval before you place your order.
4. Duties & Taxes
All applicable duties and taxes are included in the product price. No additional duties or taxes will be required upon delivery.
Any applicable shipping charges for remote or non-contiguous destinations are separate and will be confirmed before ordering.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Tracking numbers generally become active within 24 hours, although activation may take longer during holidays or busy periods. Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to appear.
If your tracking information remains unavailable or has not updated after this period, please contact us with your order number so we can assist you.
6. Delivery Estimates & Delays
All delivery timeframes are estimates. Actual arrival dates may be affected by public holidays, weather, customs clearance, port congestion, or carrier scheduling.
If your order has not arrived by the end of its estimated delivery window, please contact our support team with your order number. We will investigate the shipment and provide an update.
7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos and/or a video showing the issue.
If a part is damaged during shipping or a defect is found during installation, we provide replacement parts free of charge, without requiring you to return the entire fixture for a parts replacement.
For return eligibility, instructions, and applicable costs, please review our Refund Policy. Contact us for authorization before sending any item back.
8. Cancellations & Further Assistance
Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel your order. Costs already incurred after production begins will be deducted from an eligible cancellation refund. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
Please review our Refund Policy for cancellation eligibility and return terms, and our Shipping Policy for complete shipping details.

Service Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM (MT)
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The 30-day period starts from the delivery date confirmed by the carrier's tracking system. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — new, uninstalled, and in its original packaging — and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@valleylamps.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER
1. You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email, provided the order has not yet entered production — in that case we refund you in full. If the order has already entered production, any costs already incurred will be deducted from your refund (the exact amount depends on the production stage). To cancel, email support@valleylamps.com.
2. Once the product has left our warehouse, the order can no longer be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the item instead.
DON'T NEED A FULL RETURN? WE CAN REPLACE BROKEN OR DAMAGED PARTS
If any part is damaged in shipping, or you find a defect during installation, we'll replace that part free of charge — no need to send the whole fixture back. Email us at support@valleylamps.com with photos and/or a video of the item and your order number.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I SIMPLY DON'T LIKE?
Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted as long as all of the following are met:
1. The product is not custom-made to your specifications.
2. The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
3. The product is in its original packaging.
4. The product is new and has not been installed.
5. If there are crystals in the package, the crystals are wrapped.
Please note: for change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Because our large fixtures ship in custom crates from overseas, this cost can be significant — so please contact us first for the exact amount before shipping anything back. Returns due to damage, defects, or our error are always free of charge.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom-made items, and products damaged or lost by the customer after delivery, cannot be returned.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
GENERAL RETURN PROCESS
1. Initiate a return: email support@valleylamps.com with photos and/or a video of the item and your order number.
2. We'll respond within 3 business days with instructions. Make sure the product is packed unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging — we inspect the condition of all returned items.
3. Ship it back: once your return is approved, we'll send the return address and instructions. (Items returned without authorization cannot be accepted.) We recommend a shipping method with tracking and a signature.
4. Refund or exchange: we inspect the item within 3 business days of receiving it, then issue your replacement or refund.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If the return is our responsibility — an incorrect, defective, damaged, or wrong item, or a delivery error on our side — we cover everything, including return shipping.
If you are returning for another reason — you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item or size, or provided an incorrect or incomplete address — return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and the original outbound shipping we covered on your behalf may be deducted from your refund. Because oversized fixtures ship in insured crates, please email support@valleylamps.com first and we'll confirm the exact return cost and address before you send anything back — so there are no surprises.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.
It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, contact us at support@valleylamps.com and we'll follow up for you.
