The Finesse Decor's Seoul LED 5 Hoops Rectangular Chandelier is the perfect chandelier to add over a dining table. kitchen island. or entry way. This Finesse Decor piece is made from high-end aluminum-silicon and iron.
This chandelier has 5 connected hoops that hang from a main canopy. All of the hoops are connected to one another and have slightly different shapes. The design creates an intricate and beautiful visual that will add a fun allure while maintaining a contemporary design and aesthetic to any space.
This fixture comes with a rectangular canopy. The fixture also has adjustable wires so that you can shorten or lengthen the measurement according to your needs. Since each wire is independently adjustable. you can use this fixture in a sloped ceiling by having a shorter wire and a longer one.
The chandelier is made with a durable and dimmable LED strip that is built to last 30.000 hours of use. This is the equivalent of having it on 24 hours a day. 7 days a week for over 3 years. In most households. this chandelier will last for over 10 years. Once the LED dies. it can also be replaced by an electrician.

Q: How to return an item？
A： General Return Process
Initiate a return: Please email us at support@valleylamps.com. with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.For details, please know the Return Rolicy.
I don't need to return, could you just replace the broken/damaged parts?
Yes, please email us at support@valleylamps.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number.
If any part is damaged during shipping or if any defect is found during installation. We will replace that part free of charge.
What if I received my item but don't like it, can I send it back?
Yes, you are able to return the products, as long as they meet the following condition:
1、Products are not custom-made according to your certain requirements.
2、The return request must be submitted within 30 natural days after receiving the package.
3、Products must be packed in original packing.
4、Products are new and have not been installed.
5、If there are crystals inside the packages, crystals must be wrapped.

30 Days Free Return and Exchange
If your new Valley lamps product doesn't fit, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of order delivery.
Note: If the return is not due to a manufacturer’s defect, the customer will be required to ship the product back to us at their own expense, and our shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund. We’ll deduct a 20% restocking fee.
