Thank you for shopping on Valleylamps! We offer free shipping on all of our products. Free shipping for all orders. No minimum purchase.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified.

You should receive a tracking confirmation email to track the status of your order within the 3-5 business day handling time after your order has been completely processed. 

Order Processing Time

  • It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
  • Generally, orders are shipped within 7-21 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.
  • Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Shipping Time:

The shipping time will depend on various factors. If the lighting fixture you are purchasing is large or has a complex design, please contact us before placing your order to obtain an estimated delivery time. Additionally, if you have a specific deadline for you need the fixture, please inform our staff. This will allow us to better schedule the production and arrange the most suitable shipping method for you.

Here are the details:

By sea: 4-6 weeks. As for the light is extra size and easy to get damaged, all the items will be ship by sea to make it safe and the shipping time is 4-6 weeks, which is the safest way to deliver the chandelier.

By express/Air: 5~10 days.

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

Order Cancellations
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
