Shipping Policy

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time(depending on your location)

Processing Time

Generally, orders are shipped within 7-21 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.（shipped 1-2 days if in stock）

Shipping Time

The shipping time will depend on various factors. If the lighting fixture you are purchasing is large or has a complex design, please contact us before placing your order to obtain an estimated delivery time. Additionally, if you have a specific deadline for you need the fixture, please inform our staff. This will allow us to better schedule the production and arrange the most suitable shipping method for you.

By sea: 4-6 weeks. As for the light is extra size and easy to get damaged, all the items will be ship by sea to make it safe and the shipping time is 4-6 weeks, which is the safest way to deliver the chandelier.

By express/Air: 5~10 days.

*About Tax： All our prices and shipping costs include tax, so you don’t need to pay any tax.

Returns Policy

As long as they meet the following condition:

1、Products are not custom-made according to your certain requirements.

2、The return request must be submitted within 30 natural days after receiving the package.

3、Products must be packed in original packing.

4、Products are new and have not been installed.

5、If there are crystals inside the packages, crystals must be wrapped.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned

1. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

2. On sale items are non-refundable.

3. Products damaged or lost by customers.

Return Charge

1、If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products, quality problems of products, send the wrong address), we will provide a full refund for you.

2、If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/wanting the item, ordering the wrong product/size, or the postal address provided is incorrect or incomplete), the buyer should pay the freight.

3、No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
